Heather Garrison
OWNER & LMT #17414
Heather has been a licensed massage therapist since 2010, offering over fifteen years of experience in restorative and intuitive bodywork. With a practice rooted in both science and presence, she blends anatomy-based techniques with a deeply attuned, nervous-system-aware touch that supports the body in unwinding layers of tension, stress, and long-held patterns.
Heather’s work is heavily influenced by her training in Integrated Bodywork, a multidisciplinary approach that draws from structural integration, neuromuscular therapy and myofascial release. She has been mentored directly by Jonathan Primack and Alex Susbauer, whose guidance shaped her understanding of whole-body connection, fluid movement, and the art of working with the body—not against it.
Her continuing education includes advanced Integrative Bodywork training of:
Head, Cervical Spine & Jaw
Thoracic Spine & Rib Cage
Thigh, Pelvis & Torso
Shoulder, Arm & Hand
Heather believes in collaborative healing—meeting each client where they are and gently guiding their body toward ease, alignment, and self-regulation. Her pacing is slow and intentional, allowing tissue to soften and the nervous system to settle before deeper work unfolds. Sessions are deeply grounding, therapeutic, and spacious, with a focus on restoring fluidity, function, and connection to self.
Clients often describe her work as steady, intuitive, deeply present, and quietly powerful—a style that blends technical precision with nurturing depth.
Whether someone is navigating chronic pain, recovering from injury, managing stress, or simply seeking a place to rest and reconnect, Heather offers a calm and welcoming space to soften, breathe, and truly restore.
